K.L. Allen: MAX is obviously running defective equipment, with intercoms that don't work, "door open" buttons that don't work. I would guess that there have been many more incidents and near-misses like ours, or others saved by sheer luck, like the most recent example involving that 3-year-old boy. Full story »
