Power restored to most Pacific Power residents

Power was restored to all but 1,200 Pacific Power customers in Oregon and Southwest Washington Sunday evening. Sandbags available in Gaston

The Gaston Rural Fire District in Washington County has made bags and sand available for Gaston residents affected by recent flooding. Residents desiring sandbags should bring their own shovels to the back parking lot at the 102 E. Main St. fire station, said spokesman Ken Bilderbach.
